Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of InnRelay, a guest-request routing and shift-operations platform provided by ELVRIQ LTD ("ELVRIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing an order form, or using InnRelay, the customer organisation ("Customer", "you") agrees to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. The service
InnRelay lets guests at a participating property report requests by scanning a printed QR card, and lets property staff triage, route, escalate and resolve those requests from a staff dashboard. InnRelay is offered as two distinct products — InnRelay Hotels and InnRelay Stays — under one account structure. Feature availability depends on the subscription plan in place for each property.
3. Accounts & onboarding
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during onboarding, for maintaining the confidentiality of staff sign-in credentials, and for the actions taken by staff accounts your organisation controls. You must promptly remove access for staff who leave your organisation.
4. Subscriptions, billing & pilots
InnRelay subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP via our payment processor (Stripe), as described in our billing FAQ. A design-partner pilot and its conversion terms are agreed individually in writing during onboarding, and those agreed terms take precedence over this general summary where they conflict.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Either party may cancel a subscription in accordance with the notice terms agreed at signup. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future billing; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds for part of a billing period are not provided except where required by law or agreed by us in writing. See Pricing & billing for the current summary of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use InnRelay to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to attempt to access another property's data, to interfere with the service's operation, or to reverse-engineer the platform beyond what applicable law permits. We may suspend access for a breach of this section while we investigate.
7. Your data & guest data
You remain the data controller for guest personal data submitted through your property's InnRelay surfaces; ELVRIQ acts as a data processor under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details on how personal data is handled.
8. Availability & support
We aim to keep InnRelay available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practical. Support response targets depend on your subscription plan and are set out on the pricing page.
9. Intellectual property
ELVRIQ retains all rights, title and interest in InnRelay, including its software, design and documentation. You retain all rights to the data you and your guests submit through the platform.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ELVRIQ's total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, including non-payment beyond the grace period described in our billing terms, subject to reasonable notice except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other customers.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active customers with reasonable advance notice before they take effect.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
