Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP, by card, through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment processing directly.

Your InnRelay contact creates and verifies the property's billing account first. An owner or manager then opens secure Stripe Checkout from the dashboard. Design partners agree the three-month pilot and its conversion terms during onboarding.

No. InnRelay uses one subscription for one property. Contact us before onboarding another property.

An owner or manager can use the Customer Portal from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by law or agreed in writing.

We will retry a failed payment and let you know so you can update your payment method. A short payment issue does not interrupt guest-facing service or lock your staff out of the dashboard — we give you a reasonable grace period to resolve it before any account restriction, and we will always try to reach you directly first.

VAT treatment will be confirmed in the written onboarding terms after accountant review.
